Bilateral calf raise

Standing calf raise in which both heels rise and lower together without external support.

  1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart. Rest your arms by your sides. Keep your knees straight without locking them.

  2. Lift both heels to the same height and rise onto the balls of your feet. Keep your knees and body still. Lower your heels slowly to the floor.
