Quadruped hip extension

All-fours exercise in which one leg at a time extends backward and returns.

  1. Start on all fours with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Keep your arms straight and back still, and look down.

  2. Extend your right leg straight back until it is level with your back. Keep your back still and do not let your hips turn. Return the knee and change legs.
