Single-leg balance

Static standing exercise in which balance is held on one leg at a time without hand support.

  1. Stand on your left foot with the whole foot down and knee slightly bent. Lift your right foot and keep your body tall without using your hands. Hold for the prescribed time, lower your foot slowly, and change legs.
