Standing quad stretch

A standing stretch in which the heel moves towards the buttock to stretch the front of the thigh.

  1. Stand upright beside a wall and hold it with your left hand. Bend your right knee and hold your ankle with your right hand. Gently draw your heel towards your buttock, keep your knees close, then switch legs.

Technique tips

  • Breathe calmly and avoid bouncing at the end position.
