Stationary cycling

Cycle while seated with a steady rhythm and stable upper body.

  1. Adjust the saddle so your knee is slightly bent when the pedal is at its lowest point. Sit centred on the saddle with your feet on the pedals. Hold both hands on the upper handlebars, and pedal gently and evenly with relaxed shoulders.
