Open the personal invitation from the clinic and connect using the passkey that already belongs to your patient account.
Where you are: The personal invitation shows your name and the workplace that wants to connect.
What to do: Check the details and select Continue with passkey.
Complete when: Your passkey is verified and the connection approval page opens.
Where you are: The page shows which workplace will connect to your patient account.
What to do: Select Approve connection when the details are correct.
Complete when: The heading Activation complete appears.
Where you are: The page shows Activation complete and names the workplace.
What to do: Check that the correct workplace is shown.
Complete when: Your existing patient account is connected to the workplace.
