Request a personal email link and verify the new browser with your passkey, which confirms your identity through your device or password manager without a password.
Open the email link
Where you are: A personal sign-in link has been sent to your email address.
What to do: Open the email and follow the link.
Complete when: PhysioWorkplace opens the page for confirming your address.
Confirm your address
Where you are: The opened link is waiting for the same email address.
What to do: Enter the address and select Sign in with the link.
Complete when: PhysioWorkplace continues to identity verification.
Verify the new browser
Where you are: Verify your identity appears when the browser needs approval.
What to do: Select Unlock with passkey and follow your browser's instructions.
Complete when: Your identity is verified and the application opens.
Confirm that you are signed in
Where you are: The Dashboard appears after successful verification.
What to do: Check that you are in the correct account and workspace.
Complete when: You are signed in and can continue working.
