Activate your personal invitation and create a passkey, a secure sign-in saved on your device or in your password manager.
Where you are: The personal invitation shows your name and the clinic that sent it.
What to do: Check the details and select Create passkey.
Complete when: The heading Activation complete appears when the account and your passkey have been created.
Where you are: The page shows Activation complete and confirms that the account can be used.
What to do: Select Open my programmes.
Complete when: The patient portal opens with the heading My programmes.
